About the role

Deliver high-quality ABA therapy and clinical supervision for children with autism. Enjoy a balanced work schedule, manageable caseloads, and a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized ABA therapy sessions for children with autism
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
  • Supervise and provide guidance to other behavior analysts and therapists
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss progress and plan interventions
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements

  • Pediatric Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience in providing ABA therapy and supervision
  • Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Experience working with children with autism
  • Licenses and certifications required (e.g., BCBA, CPR)

Pay

$75,000 - $75,000/year

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:15 AM – 4:45 PM (No evenings, no weekends EVER!)
