About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide individualized ABA therapy sessions for children with autism
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
- Supervise and provide guidance to other behavior analysts and therapists
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss progress and plan interventions
- Document progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- Pediatric Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience in providing ABA therapy and supervision
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience working with children with autism
- Licenses and certifications required (e.g., BCBA, CPR)

Pay
$75,000 - $75,000/year
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:15 AM – 4:45 PM (No evenings, no weekends EVER!)
