Role Overview

At Great Strides Rehabilitation, an H2 Health Company, we provide high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental diagnoses. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs), develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs), provide clinical oversight, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and contribute to a culture of clinical excellence.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Active state licensure (if applicable)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
  • Commitment to compassionate, family-centered, and ethical ABA service
