PDN / Private Duty Nurse (LPN or RN) - Home Health | Part-Time 24hrs/wk + potential for Full-Time

About the role

Provide compassionate care to patients in their homes. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as prescribed
• Maintain patient health records
• Assist with daily living activities
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition

Requirements

• Valid state license as LPN or RN
• At least one year of relevant healthcare experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
• Current CPR certification

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of home health care procedures
