PDN / Private Duty Nurse (LPN or RN) - Home Health, 8hrs/wk or Part-time

Responsibilities

• Administering medications as prescribed by healthcare providers

• Assisting with daily living activities as needed

Requirements

• Valid license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)
• At least one year of relevant clinical experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for home health care and patient care

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
• Current CPR certification
