Provide compassionate care to patients in their home environment.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Assist with daily living activities
- Monitor patient health and report changes to healthcare providers
- Ensure patient safety and comfort
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Current CPR certification
- Passing score on a background check
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (RN) or Associate’s degree in Nursing (LPN)
- At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of home healthcare protocols
