About the role
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home patient care.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Initiate and revise care plans as needed
- Administer medications and treatments
- Respond to changes in patient conditions
- Coordinate education and discharge planning
Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN license
- TB or Chest X-Ray
- BLS certification
- Preferably one year of nursing experience

- Strong clinical judgment
- Effective communication
- Ability to respond quickly to patient needs
