About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home care for pediatric and/or adult patients.
Responsibilities
- Utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Initiating and adjusting care plans based on patient needs
- Administering medications and treatments
- Responding to changes in patient condition and reporting to physicians or supervisors
- Identifying areas for patient education, care coordination, and discharge planning
Qualifications
- Current RN or LPN license for the practicing state
- Current health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray, and BLS card
- Prior nursing experience preferred
