Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, maintain and repair customer vehicles to the highest standards.
- Carry out routine maintenance, warranty work and manufacturer-approved repairs.
- Conduct MOT tests in line with current regulations and company procedures.
- Use diagnostic equipment and technical information to identify and resolve vehicle faults.
- Remain up to date with Volkswagen Group technical bulletins, repair procedures and manufacturer training.
- Complete workshop documentation and job records accurately.
- Maintain excellent safety, quality and customer service standards.
- Keep your working area professional, organised, clean and safe.
Requirements
- A time-served Vehicle Technician with relevant practical workshop experience.
- A current MOT Tester qualification.
- A valid full UK Driving Licence.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
- A professional, positive and dependable approach.
- A genuine passion for learning, technical development and automotive excellence.
Schedule
- Monday to Thursday 08:30–17:00
- Friday 08:30–16:00
- Saturday 08:30–12:30 (on a rota basis)
Pay
Earning potential up to £40,000 at Diagnostic Technician level.
