About the role

Automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician with uncapped commission-based earning potential. Long-term earning potential: $60,000-$150,000+.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings on various vehicles using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process
• Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals
• Build strong customer relationships and promote our services

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
• Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks
• Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record

Pay

Starting compensation is expected to be $50,000-$150,000/year, depending on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
