About the role
As a Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician, you’ll travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process. No experience is required—we provide training and a path to unlimited earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Repair minor dents and dings on various vehicles using PDR techniques
- Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals
- Build strong customer relationships and promote Dent Wizard’s services
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks
- Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
Pay
Commission-based with uncapped earning potential. Long-term earning potential ranges from $60,000 to $150,000+ per year. Starting compensation is expected to be $50,000–$150,000/year, depending on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
