Experienced PDR Tech

About the role

We're looking for paintless dent repair technicians with a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience to join us at Carvana — the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history, and one of the four fastest companies to make the Fortune 500. As an Experienced PDR Technician, you'll use advanced glue-pulling techniques, hail repair, repair creases and body lines, and repair larger-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels. You'll work with state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced glue-pulling techniques
• Execute hail damage repair
• Repair creases and body lines
• Repair larger-sized dents on steel vehicle panels
• Repair larger-sized dents on aluminum vehicle panels

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience
• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools — must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• At least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license
• Some positions subject to Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
• Willingness to work in excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
• Use of safety equipment including face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments

Schedule

Mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs to deliver vehicles on schedule. We're looking for team players committed to our mission who can work mandatory overtime when needed.
