About the role
Dent Wizard is the nation’s undisputed leader in automotive reconditioning services and vehicle protection products. This position is 100% commission based.
Responsibilities
- Dent Assessment
- ETools and Equipment: Use specialized PDR tools, such as dent pullers, rods, and reflection boards, to manipulate dents from the inside of the panel.
- Employ lighting and reflective tools to identify subtle imperfections in the metal.
- Dent Removal
- Carefully and skillfully massage dents and deformities in the vehicle’s body panels to restore their original shape.
- Quality Control and Service Excellence
- Inspect repaired areas to ensure they meet quality standards and match the surrounding paint and finish.
- Make any necessary adjustments or refinements.
- Interact with customers to explain the repair process, provide cost estimates, and answer questions.
- Serve as SME Technician for the Division
- Maintain records of preparation processes, materials used, and any issues or defects encountered.
- Ensure the vehicle’s structural integrity is maintained during the repair process.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification or training in Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) techniques is required or enrollment in DentWizard’s PDR training program.
- Proficiency in using specialized PDR tools and equipment.
- Knowledge of automotive body structures and finishes.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Toughness and grit to work outside in all kinds of weather.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
Physical Job Requirements
- Work in well-ventilated automotive repair shops or refurbishing facilities
- Physical stamina to frequently kneel, bend and squat, as well as lift up to 45 pounds.
- Standing for extended periods of time
- If mobile, must be able to travel to assigned areas on a consistent basis.
- Must be capable of simple and fine motor hand manipulations.
- Work in ventilated automotive repair shops, refurbishing facilities, or outdoor.
Compensation
The starting compensation is expected to be: $65,000-$75,000/year. We offer a competitive & comprehensive benefit package including: paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and 401k match (50% on the dollar up to 7% of employee contribution).
