As a Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician, you’ll have uncapped commission-based earning potential with long-term earnings ranging from $60,000 to $150,000+.
Responsibilities
- Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process.
- Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals.
- Build strong customer relationships and promote our services.
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks.
- Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

Pay
Starting compensation is expected to be $50,000–$150,000 per year, depending on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
