Ford PDI / Used car Technician

About the role

The World Class Automotive Group is seeking talented Ford Service Technicians to join their growing team. Positions range from Technician Apprentice to Master level Technician.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles using diagnostic tools and techniques
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues and solutions
• Follow safety protocols and procedures
• Work collaboratively with other departments within the dealership

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service is preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally
• Passion for providing excellent customer service

Pay
