About the role
The PBX Telephone Operator at Hyatt Regency Savannah is responsible for answering incoming calls to the hotel. Duties include maintaining a pleasant attitude and excellent phone demeanor, handling a high volume of calls, and being able to answer questions about the hotel.

- Refined verbal communication skills
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- Flexible to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Proficient in basic computer skills
- Customer service experience preferred
