Responsibilities
The PBX Telephone Operator is responsible for answering incoming calls to the resort. Key duties include:
- Answering calls promptly and professionally
- Providing accurate information about hotel services and facilities
- Handling a high volume of calls efficiently
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Good typing skills
- A pleasant attitude
- An excellent phone demeanor
- Comfortable answering questions about the hotel
Qualifications
Essential qualifications include:
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- Flexible scheduling ability, including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in basic computer skills
- Customer service experience preferred
Pay
The starting pay rate for this position is $17.50/hour. Actual pay will be commensurate with experience.
