PBX - Telephone Operator

Responsibilities

The PBX Telephone Operator is responsible for answering incoming calls to the resort. Key duties include:

• Answering calls promptly and professionally
• Providing accurate information about hotel services and facilities
• Handling a high volume of calls efficiently
• Ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• Good typing skills
• A pleasant attitude
• An excellent phone demeanor
• Comfortable answering questions about the hotel

Qualifications

Essential qualifications include:

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Refined verbal communication skills
• Ability to sit for long periods of time
• Flexible scheduling ability, including weekends and holidays
• Proficiency in basic computer skills
• Customer service experience preferred

Pay

The starting pay rate for this position is $17.50/hour. Actual pay will be commensurate with experience.
