About the role

Seeking an experienced PBX Operator to join our dynamic team of telecommunications professionals. In this role, you will assist our hospital team by promptly answering all incoming calls and assisting in placing outgoing calls. We are looking for an enthusiastic team member to ensure hospital communications run smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements

• 2 years of switchboard experience (required)
• 5 years of operator experience (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Previous switchboard experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of medical terminology (a plus)
