Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize payroll processes to drive efficiencies and accuracy
- Administer and maintain payroll systems (ADP Ev6, ADP WFM), ensuring data integrity and compliance
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to identify process improvements and implement automation
- Generate and analyze payroll reports to support decision-making and identify efficiency opportunities
- Support system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new payroll features
- Act as the primary liaison with payroll system vendors, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Provide training and guidance to HR and Finance staff on payroll system functionality
- Contribute to projects that prepare the organization for global payroll expansion
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
- 3-5 years of payroll or HRIS systems experience
- Experience in global payroll operations or multi-country payroll platforms (ADP EV6 and WFM are a plus)
- Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze large datasets
- U.S. Person status, as defined by U.S. export control laws
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience in corporate payroll environments with high-volume processing
- Exposure to global payroll practices or multi-country payroll systems
- Knowledge of HRIS integration with payroll systems
- Familiarity with reporting tools and database management
