Responsibilities

• Execute a client relationship strategy that instills trust in the accurate and timely delivery of payroll services for a high volume of small- to medium-sized clients.
• Review payroll data supplied by clients for accuracy and completeness.
• Input and balance payroll data accurately.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Process payroll; review and analyze payroll reports for accuracy and distribute to clients.
• Troubleshoot situations, educate clients, and develop partnerships with stakeholders to demonstrate the depth, breadth, and level of care that creates value in the Insperity relationship.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of payroll or relevant experience.
• FPC certification preferred.
