Primary Responsibilities
- Process wage garnishments, child support orders, state and federal tax levies and wage assignments.
- Complete and submit paperwork to agencies within state and federal guidelines.
- Send written communication to employees regarding wage attachments.
- Process and manage daily final checks and adjustment payments based on pay period corrections.
- Work with Store Management and Human Resources daily.
- Manage a high volume of phone calls regarding payments.
- Process semi-monthly payroll adjustments/corrections.
- Communicate with store and HQ/Prineville personnel to assist with pay issues/concerns.
- Aid employees/Managers with time-keeping system.
- Process wage attachments.
Minimum Skills Required
- A high school diploma or GED.
- One to two years of payroll processing experience.
- Accurate 10-key and keyboard skills.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally (both verbally and in writing).
- Ability to actively listen and draft, proofread, and send written communications effectively.
- The ability to establish and maintain rapport, interact comfortably, and work well with co-workers.
