Payroll Specialist
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced payroll professional who thrives in a team-focused environment and enjoys multi-state payroll processing. The position offers a hybrid schedule with 2 days onsite in office and 3 days working from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume payroll related data entry and ensure data accuracy.
• Manage and track year-to-date earnings, deductions, PTO balances, and benefits information in payroll platform.
• Affiliate with payroll processing and related payroll functions for employees across multiple states.
• Validate payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
• Support payroll reporting, audits, and payroll-related inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth payroll processing.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive employee information.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll experience required.
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now and Kronos highly preferred.
• Excellent data entry, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage large volumes of payroll data with a high degree of accuracy.
• Self-starter who can work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
