Payroll Sales Executive

About the role

Payroll Complete, a division of Waukesha State Bank, is seeking a Payroll Sales Executive to lead sourcing, developing, and winning new business across Southeastern Wisconsin. In this dynamic outside sales role, you will proactively generate leads, network in the community, and deliver consultative solutions for businesses of all sizes. You will own the sales process from first conversation to signed contract, partnering with leadership and marketing to expand our reach while building long-term, value-driven client relationships.

This opportunity is ideal for a self-starter with payroll knowledge or service-based sales experience who is energized by growth and community connection. You will represent a trusted community bank brand, collaborate with experienced leaders, and help strengthen our presence in the payroll and HR space.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate and develop leads to build your own sales pipeline.
• Network within the community to identify and engage potential clients.
• Deliver consultative sales solutions tailored to the needs of businesses.
• Own the entire sales process, from initial conversation to closing deals.
• Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to expand market reach.
• Build and maintain long-term, value-driven client relationships.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in payroll or service-based industries.
• Strong ability to uncover client needs and present tailored solutions.
• Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working independently.
• Confidence in consultative selling and revenue growth.
