About the role
The Payroll Manager is responsible for overseeing payroll operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and managing employee benefits.
Responsibilities
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Manage employee benefits administration including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations
- Collaborate with HR and management teams to address payroll-related issues
- Prepare and analyze payroll reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in payroll management
- Knowledge of payroll software and systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with HRIS systems
