Responsibilities
- Process weekly or bi-weekly payroll
- Review timecards, hours, deductions, and payroll changes
- Maintain employee payroll records
- Aid in new hire payroll setup and employee updates
- Respond to payroll-related questions from employees
- Aid in ensuring payroll information is accurate and confidential
- Aid in preparing payroll reports and other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Previous payroll, accounting, or administrative experience preferred
- Experience with payroll software or HRIS systems is a plus
- Strong Microsoft Excel and data entry skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong communication and organizational skills
