Payroll Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Process weekly or bi-weekly payroll
  • Review timecards, hours, deductions, and payroll changes
  • Maintain employee payroll records
  • Aid in new hire payroll setup and employee updates
  • Respond to payroll-related questions from employees
  • Aid in ensuring payroll information is accurate and confidential
  • Aid in preparing payroll reports and other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous payroll, accounting, or administrative experience preferred
  • Experience with payroll software or HRIS systems is a plus
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and data entry skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
