About the role
The Part-Time Payroll Clerk supports the Payroll Specialist by handling various payroll functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Create and review payroll grids before processing.
- Maintain and update employee information.
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries.
- Monitor and document sick-call line activity.
- Adjust time clock systems as needed.
- Collaborate with Human Resources team members.
- Prepare and submit the monthly OIG report.
- Perform payroll verifications.
- Complete other payroll-related tasks as assigned.
