Payroll & Billing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Process payroll for multiple union groups across several companies and states
• Maintain union wage, benefit, and deduction schedules within payroll systems
• Prepare union dues calculations, benefit reporting, and compliance documentation
• Perform payroll reconciliation, reporting, and audit support using advanced Excel functions
• Partner with project managers and operations teams to validate payroll and timekeeping data
• Support payroll reporting deadlines and drive process improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• 10+ years of union payroll experience with multiple unions and jurisdictions
• Strong knowledge of union dues, benefit calculations, reporting, and rate schedules
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and payroll reporting functions
• Experience with payroll/ERP systems; IFS and/or Paylocity experience strongly preferred

Pay & Benefits

Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 Base
