Payroll Administrator
About the role
Northwest Kidney Centers is a not-for-profit, locally managed organization that provides kidney dialysis, public health education, and supports research into chronic kidney disease. Founded in Seattle in 1962 as the world’s first dialysis organization, it now operates 20 clinics across western Washington and partners with hospitals while supporting hundreds of home dialysis users. The organization is the largest dialysis provider in its community, serving about 80 percent of people who need dialysis in the area and consistently outperforming national benchmarks in patient outcomes. Team members help deliver more than 268,000 dialysis treatments per year and contribute to higher life expectancy, better vascular access, fewer hospitalizations, and a transplant rate well above the national average. Employees are supported with a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid training, health coverage, life insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
