About the role
The Paver Operator is responsible for laying and finishing concrete pavers in various projects.
Responsibilities
- Lay and finish concrete pavers according to project specifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards.
- Work closely with other construction team members to ensure smooth project flow.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in construction or related field.
- Valid driver’s license.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor.
Skills
- Concrete paver installation skills.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices.
- Proficiency in using construction equipment.
