About the role
The Paver Operator is responsible for laying and shaping concrete pavers in various outdoor settings.
Responsibilities
- Lay and shape concrete pavers according to project specifications.
- Ensure proper alignment and spacing of pavers.
- Work safely using equipment such as tampers and grinders.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of related construction experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of concrete paver installation techniques.
- Good physical condition for manual labor.
- Strong attention to detail.
Skills
- Proficient with hand tools and equipment.
- Excellent communication skills.

Pay
