About the role
GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Lexington, KY. The role requires a high focus on customer service due to the nature of the work, which involves interacting with people on various shifts in diverse environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.
Responsibilities
- Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
- Manage access control
- Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
- Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
- Answer questions in person or by phone
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
Qualifications
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
- Achie and pass an extensive screening process
- Have exceptional customer service skills
- Be proficient in basic phone & computer skills
- If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience, even better!
- If required, have a state license
Pay
Competitive hourly wage of $17 (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)
Schedule
- Shift # 1: Full-time, Monday through Wednesday, 2nd Shift, 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., Thursday, 2nd Shift, 6 p.m. to 12 a.m.
- Shift # 2: Full-time, Thursday, 3rd Shift, 12 a.m. to 6 a.m., Friday through Sunday, 2nd Shift 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.
