Job Summary
Patient Services Manager – Hospitality Leadership Opportunity we’re looking for a hospitality-driven leader to oversee dining and service operations while creating an exceptional guest experience every day. This role is a great fit for leaders from hotels, restaurants, resorts, catering, or other fast-paced service environments who enjoy:

What You’ll Do
Lead daily dining and service operations
Coach and support service team members
Ensure high standards for service, quality, and cleanliness
Manage scheduling, staffing, and operational performance
Respond to guest feedback and drive continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Leadership experience in hospitality, food service, restaurants, hotels, or customer-focused industries
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for hospitality and team leadership
Qualifications
Healthcare experience is not required — strong hospitality leadership and a service-first mindset are what matter most.
