Job Summary
We’re looking for a hospitality-driven leader to oversee dining and service operations while creating an exceptional guest experience every day.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily dining and service operations
- Coach and support service team members
- Ensure high standards for service, quality, and cleanliness
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and operational performance
- Respond to guest feedback and drive continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Leadership experience in hospitality, food service, restaurants, hotels, or customer-focused industries
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for hospitality and team leadership
Qualifications
- Healthcare experience is not required — strong hospitality leadership and a service-first mindset are what matter most.
