What You Will Get In addition to the standard benefit offering, you can expect to receive: Competitive compensation with ability to earn performance-based incentivesProfessional development through strategic internal platformsOpportunity for career progression with a nationwide physical therapy practicePaid Time Off (PTO) and either Sick Leave or Extended Illness Bank (EIB) accrual (dependent on state laws)Reimbursement for endurance race entry fees Your Responsibilities As a Patient Service Coordinator Reconcile patient payments and units billed while following HIPAA guidelinesFollow appropriate processes for Insurance Verification and/or benefits managementObtain authorization and/or prior authorizationOver the counter collections and reconciliation of all charges weekly and monthlyMaintain relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal operational departments Qualifications At minimum, a High School or GED diploma (Submission of diploma for the highest level of education obtained will be required).1-2 years of customer service experience (experience with healthcare preferred). Schedule Full Time: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 12pm - 8pm; Tuesday, Friday 10am - 6pm Compensation Pay Range: $18-$21 per hour (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position) A Top Workplace At PT Solutions, we’re more than colleagues; we’re a tight-knit community united in our mission to expand access to quality care.
