Schedule
- Monday: 9 AM – 7 PM
- Tuesday: 8 AM – 3 PM
- Wednesday: 8 AM – 7 PM
- Thursday: 8 AM – 7 PM
- Friday: 8 AM – 3 PM
- Saturday: Closed
- Sunday: Closed
- 40 hours weekly
Pay
$20 – $24 hourly depending on years of experience

Responsibilities
- Ensure the highest level of customer service to patients, employees, and referral sources through coordination and administration of front-office activities
- Manage patient scheduling, reception duties, and medical record preparation
- Compile clinic statistics and reports, and collect/disseminate data on patient demographics and third-party payers
- Obtain and track authorizations
- Collect, reconcile, and prepare daily bank deposits for over-the-counter cash
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years in a medical office setting with multi-tasking preferred
- Knowledge of health insurance preferred
- Basic computer skills (keyboard familiarity, word processing, office procedures, filing, verbal/written communication, fax, photocopy)
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for effective communication with staff, patients, physicians, and community members
- Availability for early mornings and evenings, Monday through Friday
