Monday–Friday, shifts vary 7:00 am–8:00 pm
Pay
$20–$24 hourly depending on years of experience

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-level customer service to patients, employees, and referral sources through front-office coordination and administration
- Manage patient scheduling, reception duties, and medical record preparation
- Compile clinic statistics and reports
- Collect, verify, and disseminate data on patient demographics and third-party payers
- Perform all necessary clerical and office functions
- Obtain and track authorizations
- Collect, reconcile, and prepare daily bank deposits for over-the-counter cash
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years in a medical office setting that required multi-tasking (preferred)
- Knowledge of health insurance (preferred)
- Basic computer skills, including keyboard familiarity, word processing, office procedures, filing, and use of fax/photocopier
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff, patients, physicians, and community members
- Availability for early mornings and evenings, Monday–Friday
