Patient Service Representative, CEP OB/GYN

About the role

The Patient Service Representative will have the primary responsibility to greet, instruct, direct, answer phones, and schedule patients. Serve as a liaison between patient and medical support staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet and instruct patients
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Direct patients to appropriate departments or personnel
• Provide general information about the facility and its services
• Handle inquiries and complaints from patients
• Liaise between patients and medical support staff

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Word processing and computer experience
• Previous experience in a healthcare medical clinic setting or customer service
• Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
