- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience: Customer Service experience
- Other Skills and Knowledge:
- Basic computer skills
- Data Entry
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional, courteous, and compassionate attitude
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to type 60 wpm
