Responsible for scheduling patient appointments, taking patient messages, and providing general information regarding visit instructions and expectations. Maintains a calm, pleasant, and professional attitude while delivering excellent customer service using exceptional telephone etiquette.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Typing speed of 60 words per minute
