Responsibilities

• Scheduling new patients into chiropractic and holistic clinics
• Following up with leads via phone and text
• Handling objections with calm confidence
• Documenting accurately inside CRM systems
• Tracking booking rates and improving conversion
• Supporting clinics in delivering exceptional patient experiences
• Having real conversations that move patients toward care

Required experience

• Experience working in a chiropractic, holistic, functional medicine, medical, or dental office
• Direct experience with patient scheduling
• Experience handling inbound and outbound patient calls
• Familiarity with EHRs, CRMs, or scheduling software
• Comfort guiding patients toward booking appointments
