Patient Scheduling Specialist

Responsibilities

• Schedule new patients into chiropractic and holistic clinics
• Follow up with leads via phone and text
• Handle objections with calm confidence
• Document accurately inside CRM systems
• Track booking rates and improve conversion
• Support clinics in delivering exceptional patient experiences
• Have real conversations that move patients toward care

Requirements

• Experience working in a chiropractic, holistic, functional medicine, medical, or dental office
• Direct experience with patient scheduling
• Experience handling inbound and outbound patient calls
• Familiarity with EHRs, CRMs, or scheduling software
• Comfort guiding patients toward booking appointments
