This role emphasizes accuracy and traceable execution over superficial speed within dementia care navigation support.

• Apply patient scheduling workflows without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
• Document schedule management decisions clearly for team understanding.
• Use sound judgment in queue forecasting, especially when escalation is required.

The primary goal is dependable coverage reliability, measured through:

• Clean records and explicit ownership.
• Timely escalation and fewer downstream fixes.

Key execution priorities include:

• Tracking and preparing workforce status reporting.
• Maintaining current schedules and coverage records.
• Analyzing workload against available capacity.
• Flagging coverage gaps before they affect service.
• Documenting schedule changes and ownership.

Employment Overview

Full-time, associate-level position. 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $45,000–$68,000 per year.
