Job Summary
Schedule patients for various appointments (adult, pediatric, OBGYN, dental) in EMR
Average of 60 calls per day
Verify insurance, send tasks to other departments (nursing, referrals, optometry, etc.)
Make outgoing calls to patients who request appointments online
Requirements
- Patient Scheduling: 1 year experience in medical office with patient calls, scheduling
- NextGen: Familiar with EMR System
- Excellent customer service, communication skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Able to start ASAP for 2 months
