Responsibilities
- Schedule, reschedule, and manage appointments for both Spanish & English speaking patients.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Support patient care across RadNet's network of imaging centers.
Requirements
- Must be able to train at 5202 Presidents Court Suite 100 Frederick, Maryland 21703 and reside within 50 miles of our office.
- Must be fluent in both English & Spanish.
- Strong customer service, communication, and phone skills.
- Strong basic computer and data entry skills.
- A customer-first attitude and attention to detail.
