About the role

Responsible for providing patient education and support in the Emergency Department setting. Works closely with healthcare providers to ensure patients are informed and prepared.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient education and support in the Emergency Department setting.
• Closely work with healthcare providers to ensure patients are informed and prepared.
• Handle administrative tasks related to patient care.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer service or healthcare environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
