Patient Registration Specialist

Required Qualifications Experience with medical insurance, referrals, and benefit plans.3+ years as a Patient Service/Access Representative in an outpatient Clinic Or medical officeEpic experience.Knowledge of medical terminology. Key Responsibilities Support patient access activities including scheduling, pre-registration, referrals, authorizations, financial clearance, and patient registration.Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, TPL, Medi-Cal/Medicare, and Workers Compensation.Determine patient responsibility, provide estimates, and collect co-pays/deductibles.Provide excellent customer service and maintain accurate patient information.
