Our clinical trials provide new treatment options for our patients and ultimately our goal is to get new medications and medical devices FDA approved!
Responsibilities
- Conduct compassionate outbound calls to prospective patients, screening for eligibility and interest in clinical trial opportunities
- Manage a high volume of outbound calls with precision and urgency
- Maintain working knowledge of study indications and patient requirements
- Collaborate closely with clinic and recruitment teams to meet enrollment goals for our clinical trials
Skills Needed to Win
- 1+ year of professional experience in a customer-facing role
- People-oriented, compassionate phone communication skills
- Openness to share rotating Saturday coverage
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Coffee drinkers preferred. Tea drinkers accepted.
Pay
The base salary range for this role is $33,000-$40,000. Commission is paid every paycheck. Average first-year earnings are approximately $43,000-$45,000, with higher earning potential for strong performers. Top performers can earn significantly more through commission.
Schedule
This is a full-time 40+ hours per week position.
