About the role

Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective clients through phone, email, text, web inquiries, and online messaging platforms.
Provide information regarding available services, treatment options, and care providers.
Coordinate and schedule appointments while maximizing calendar efficiency and resource utilization.
Foster strong client relationships through timely follow-up and consistent communication.
Maintain accurate and detailed records within customer relationship management and electronic documentation systems.
Support client retention initiatives and promote ongoing engagement with available programs and services.
Collaborate with administrative and clinical staff to deliver a positive and seamless customer experience.
Assist with daily office operations, client check-in/check-out processes, and organizational events as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
  • Strong computer skills, particularly proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
