Patient Care Management Coordinator

About the role

The role is responsible for managing patient care in a hospital setting. This includes coordinating with healthcare providers, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining accurate medical records.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations to ensure smooth patient care delivery
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement treatment plans
• Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and regulations

• Provide emotional support to patients and families
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in healthcare administration
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for travel to off-site locations)

Qualifications

• Experience with electronic health record systems
• Knowledge of HIPAA and other healthcare privacy laws
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
