Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for an Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at Shady Grove Fertility in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Schedule: Monday through Friday, between 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with occasional weekends and holidays. Will float to our Norfolk office as needed. Compensation: $19.95 to $27.55 per hour (commensurate with experience). In this role, the Patient Care Coordinator will:

• Assist with the clinical care of fertility patients
• Provide patient/couple counseling, procedure teaching, communicates physician orders and instructions
• Provide pre and post op education
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patients' families
• Work independently to assure the program goals are achieved
• Support and promote excellence in customer service

Qualifications and Skills

We're looking for professionals who bring both technical skill and a deep sense of responsibility to the care experience—individuals who thrive in environments where excellence, empathy, and accountability matter. Qualifications and Skills Include:

• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail, demonstrated ability to follow-through, and high degree of comfort with computer applications, accuracy and speed with data entry is required
• Minimum of one year of prior experience in healthcare and familiarity with medical terminology
