Patient Care Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct calls from multi-line phone.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the clinic/business office.
• Central Registry activities and support.
• Greet clients upon arrival and inform them of messages or appointments with staff.
• Arrange staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage in the clinic, when needed.
• Accurately collect, track and record client fee payments.
• Order supplies, organize supplies.
• Capture client statistical data for reporting purposes.
• Record point of contact urinalysis testing and post to EMR.
• Complete insurance eligibility checks.
• Report any suspicious activity, neglect or abuse by a client or staff member to Program Director.
• Support patient rights including the protection of patient confidentiality by all staff and between patients.
• Exhibit a nonjudgmental approach, listen with empathy.
• Adhere to all federal, state and local regulations and accrediting agency requirements.
• Commit to diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
• Assist in monthly clinic operations, as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous medical clinic and/or addictions treatment experience preferred.
• In some cases, experience can be substituted for education requirement.
• Basic computer skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Proper time management.
• Reliable and dependable.

Pay

$19-24 based on education, experience and location.

Schedule

8 hour shift: 5:30am - 1:30pm - M-F
Saturday Shifts required in the future

Work Setting

In-person outpatient clinic.
Clinic location will be in Fort Collins, CO Shields and Drake streets.
